We have a lot to offer! With us you have a secure apprenticeship in an international company with the option of employment if you pass your exams and perform well. In addition, you will receive a trainee salary of 1000, - € to 1300, - € / month (depending on the training year). We will even pay the costs for your driver's license up to 2000,- €. Contract offer
As soon as the department and HR partner have agreed and we have reached a consensus on a cooperation, you will receive a contract offer from us.
Our trainer
Hello, my name is Stephan and I am an instructor at EBARA and we offer training in Components Overhaul. I have several years of experience as an instructor and am passionate about working with young people to help them develop their skills and careers. My goal is to teach my trainees the skills necessary to be successful in their careers. In doing so, I emphasize open and transparent communication to ensure that my trainees know what is expected of them at all times. I look forward to sharing my experience and knowledge and helping my trainees achieve their goals.

An important factor that makes us a good training company is our experience and know-how. We have many years of experience in training young people and know exactly what is important for successful training. Run the approval of CMP tools and keep the systems running
„We explain and demonstrate the process capabilities of our tools to the customer. After the installation of our systems, we approve the process and analyse the efficiency to fulfil all needs. We test different up-to-date CMP technology on customer’s devices and new types of consumable sets. Important is the joint work with our sales colleagues located in Europe. We give advice to offer the best fitting solution to the customer.“
Keep the ball running in CMP applications
„We live in an era of digitization. 5G, e-mobility, Internet of Things and silicon technology influence our industry. Therefore, the devices require new types of chips. We develop the CMP process for the chip manufacturer according to the needs of the new applications. Listening to the customer and understanding the requirements make my job interesting and exciting – every single day.“

„Working as a Field Service Engineer is great. We must be highly professional to meet the customer requirements. My job is to keep the equipment running and be able to troubleshoot and fix machines. It is very challenging, and you have to think for yourself about what to do next. We combine technical skills with communication conmpetences to meet the customers’ goals. The customers trust our expertise and reliability.“
Adjust and maintain components to achieve the best results
„Our tools are high-tech constructions using different components: robots, motors, electrical parts, pneumatic as well as cylinders and liquids. All components need to be adjusted and maintained to achieve the production results defined by the customer. The production process is highly accurate and structured and our tools must work accordingly. I am responsible for this smoothly running process.“

„Being a Field Service Engineer for many years, I can tell you there is no better feeling than fixing a defective machine. You make the customer happy! You achieve this by maintaining daily communication with your customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. Our company invests a lot in their Field Service Engineers. The on-the-job-training takes many months to ensure you can perform in each situation. You are also trained in environmental health and safety requirements. I have never been bored.“
